In February 2007 we took our honeymoon to the Sandals Regency in St. Lucia. I highly recommend Sandals, of which there were 3 resorts on the island and we had access to all 3. People were so friendly, we met alot of great people, the food was delicious and plentiful, as were the drinks. :)
It was nice to get away for a week to someplace warm, however we came back to 6 inches of fresh snow on the ground.
