Spring Break Week

This week Brad's daycare was closed for spring break and spring cleaning. Two great things in one, especially since the tiny humans tend to share germs and runny noses so easily. Anyway, Jon and I tag teamed the week. I took off work on Monday & Tuesday and Jon had the rest of the week. Since Brad is in discovery mode all day long, I wanted to make things fun and do a few "field trips" to break up the day and keep mommy's sanity.

On Monday, we took a field trip to the Richardson Nature Center. When we arrived we were the only ones there so we had full reign to check out everything and Brad sure did. One of the workers welcomed us as we came in and said that just a little earlier that morning they had 12 turkeys up by the feeding windows. They have 2 rooms set up with large windows and a pond and fee ding stations for the animals ....

On Tuesday we convinced daddy to come to the Mall of America with us for Toddler Tuesday. They had a little show for like 30 min and then after that we walked around the park and let Brad check out all the kids.

Other than that we did a lot of playing at home... since daddy works from home Brad had to check in on what Jon was doing. Silly boy.
